What this website collects
- It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
- The demo forms and the workspace send nothing. Anything you type into a demo stays in your browser tab and is cleared when you reload.
- The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes server logs, including IP addresses, as our processor so that pages can be delivered and kept secure.
If you email us
We use your email address and your message to reply to you. Our mailbox is hosted by Google.
We keep the correspondence while it is relevant to your enquiry and for up to 12 months afterwards. If you become a customer we keep it longer, because records are kept for tax purposes.
Business outreach
We may email businesses at their published company contact addresses about our services. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interests in offering those services to businesses likely to want them.
- We take contact details from the business’s own website or from public directories.
- Every email says how to opt out.
- Opt-outs are recorded and honoured.
Customers
If you become a customer we hold the details needed for the contract, such as your name, business details, contact details and what you have ordered, and we process them to deliver the service.
Where we handle your customers’ data on your behalf, we provide a data processing agreement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected (rectification);
- have it erased;
- have its use restricted;
- object to its use, including for outreach;
- receive it in a portable form.
